Each
booked session will be 60 minutes in length.
The fee for this session will be $60
payable in US dollars.
Payment is to be made once your appointment
date and time has been accepted by the counselor.
If payment has not been made by the
booked date, the session will be cancelled.
Once your session has been accepted
by the counselor, you must click the "pay here"
button that is on the right hand side of the website.
This will lead you to a payment page that is secured
by the bank. Your credit card information will not
be stored by Counseling Site Online.
If you need to cancel a booked session,
you must contact the Counselor with minimum of 24
hours notice. Your session will be rebooked for a
more convenient time. If you fail to give at least
24 hours notice, you will forfeit your payment.
If at any stage a session is interrupted
by technical difficulties, the time lost during the
session will be made up by your counselor by extending
your session. If this is not possible, the time will
be made up at a mutually convenient time.
