the Counseling Site Online website you will be bound
by out Terms of Service. If you do not agree with
or do not wish to abide by the Terms of Service you
will not be able to book sessions with our online
counselor.
Privacy
- Counseling Site Online values your privacy and will
work dedicatedly to protecting it. However, if you
choose to youse this service you understand that the
counselor has a duty to report certain information.If
during a counseling session, it becomes evident to
the counselor that there is danger either to yourself
or to another, it is the counselor's responsiblity
to inform authorities. If the counselor suspects,
based on their professional judgement that there is
abuse towards children, it will be reported to authorities.
If the counselor suspects, based on their professional
judgement that there is risk of harm towards an adult,
it is the counselor's responsiblity to inform authorities.
If the counselor suspects, based on their professional
judgement that there is serious threat to harm yourself
or others, including a large number of people, it
is the counselors responsiblity to inform authorities.
Session
Cancellation Policy - Counseling Site
Online understands that something may arise, making
it difficult for you to attend to your booked session.
However, if you choose to use Counseling Site Online,
you will need to adhere to the following. If you need
to cancel a booked session, you must contact the Counselor
with minimum of 24 hours notice. Your session will
be rebooked for a more convenient time. If you fail
to give at least 24 hours notice, you will forfeit
your payment.
Technical
Difficulties - If at any stage a session
is interrupted by technical difficulties, the time
lost during the session will be made up by your counselor
by extending your session. If this is not possible,
the time will be made up at a mutually convenient
time. It is your responsiblity to advise the counselor
of the technical difficulty and discuss arrangements
for an extended session.
Conduct
and Behaviour - Counseling Site Online
will not tolerate inconsiderate or inappropriate behaviour
from clients. You will be expected to behave in a
respectful manner when talking with the counselor.
If during a session, the counselor finds your behaviour
inappropriate in any manner, your session will be
terminated and all fees will be forfeited.
